- John is an acoustic guitar prodigy from South Wales. He only started playing aged 14, but is making great strides and has played with his hero Tommy Emmanuel, Clive Carroll and Ian Parker amongst others. He has developed a mature and fulsome technique and timbre thanks to extensive study of Merle Travis, Chet Atkins and Jerry Reed. His debut contains six resonant instrumental recordings, from the light hearted blue picking of 'Buster B Boogie' through to the pensive contemplation of the title piece. Skilfully produced, this is a landmark first release.
- A crazy week!!
Hey guys,
I have had a crazy couple of days this week. Yesterday I played to a crowd of 800 people as a special guest of Tommy Emmanuel It was so amazing and I had the time of my life. I got to meet the fantastic Frank Vignola and jammed with him backstage for a while. Frank invited me to play with him the night after at Colston Hall in Bristol so last night I sat in and jammed onstage with Frank. I am on such a buzz right now!!!!
Thank you to everybody who has bought my CD and all those who have supported me so far. If you havent bought a CD yet please do!! Then I can start making the next one :)
Hopefully I will bump into all of you at some point.

- 'The Electric Project' to go out soon!!
John's new band will be launched on the 14th December at Milkwoodjam in Swansea. This is a really exciting project for John. 'The Electric Project' is a chance for John to go back to his inlfuences and pay tribute to them along with performing some new material with a rythm section. Watch this space for gig dates!!!
